Tips to get a proper electric heater: For an insulated room with average ceiling heights (e.g. 2.4 meters), you'll need a heater with an output of approximately 100 watts per square meter to heat efficiently. For example, if space was 15sqm (3m x 5m) you would require a 1500W (1.5kW) electric heater.

- If goods are delivered faulty or not of acceptable quality (DOA), please contact us strictly within 14 days of receiving the item for Always Direct to approve a return. After the return has been received an inspected, Always Direct will, at their discretion, provide either a refund, replacement or repair dependent on the situation.
- If an item, upon its return is found not to be faulty after thorough inspection, a $50 service fee may be charged, as well as return shipping costs.
- WARRANTY:
- After the DOA period has expired, a further warranty period may apply.
