Lou is comprised of 2 lights as the Owl and Outer Ring are two separate lights. You can use these together for a brighter light or separately for a low glow. They are also adjustable, so you can choose bright, soft or ambient light. Operates on 220V (USB included) and/or batteries (3 x AA, not included)
