Damaged item received and Product issues

We make it simple and easy, if there is any problem with your product, all that is required are photos or a short video demonstrating the product fault and once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or refund the amount to your original method of payment. That simple! 

We provide warranty from 6 months to 1 Year dependent on the product.

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as soon as possible. 

Change of mind for the item

The item must meet the following conditions before a return can be considered:

*Item must be in a re-sellable condition

*15% restocking fee and our Initial shipping cost from the free shipping we provided is deductible from refund

*The buyer assumes the cost of returning the item.
