Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

Change of Mind Returns:

Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at anytime in the first 14 days you are not satisifed with your product, please contact us for retrun approval (at your expense). Once recieved and inspected, we will be in touch with a resolution.

Return Policy

• The item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
• You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
