Instructions: Apply mascara to clean lashes starting with top lashes. Begin with brush at the base of lashes closest to the lid and glide through to the tip. Repeat for extra va-voom! Use the end of the brush to coat shorter lashes in the corner of your eye. Repeat on the opposite eye.
