The Kylin Electric Slow Cooker, Steamer, and Ceramic Pot (2.2L, AU-K1022) is a comprehensive multi cooker with three ceramic inner containers and nine cooking modes including steam, stew, soup, rice, porridge, dessert, and yogurt. Out of water stewing keeps food sealed and nutritious, while the steam tray enables steaming and stewing simultaneously. A delay timer and preset function let you schedule meals in advance. At 2.2L with a 304 stainless steel outer pot, it is well suited to two to five people. All ceramic containers are free from chemical coatings, making this a genuinely healthy and versatile multi function appliance for everyday use. It comes complete with one large 2.2L ceramic pot and two smaller 650ml ceramic containers, plus a stainless steel steam rack for versatile cooking options.

Where a problem with a product is not evaluated as a major fault, Hello Kitchen can offer repair or replacement for the item if it becomes defective within the warranty period.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day of receipt of the item. Return only be accepted for unused and in the original package and in the same condition as when the customer received them to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and a refund can be issued after inspecting the returned item.
Excluded items: Infrared Saunas and Toilet Bidets are not accepted for change of mind return.
Warranty Policy:

If an electrical failure occurs in a product covered by the warranty, we will arrange for an authorized maintenance person to repair the product at our sole discretion; otherwise, if the product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product or related parts with the same or equivalent product or part.
The Warranty does not apply to Product that:
The defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Has been damaged accidentally or damaged by a third party
It has failed due to excessive usage beyond what is considered to be reasonable.
Inner-pot of the rice cooker is not covered by warranty due to scratching or any wear and tear of the non-stick pot coating
