We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before being sent back.

Please note the following:

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, unless the product description states a different return period (for example, our 100-night mattress trial).

• For change of mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancelling an order in transit will be treated as a change of mind return.

Warranty Policy
