Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. If the customer refuses replacement parts then it is at their cost to return the goods for a refund less freight charges. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers and take reasonable care of the product.
