Warranty
All our machines and power tools are sold with a warranty against defects. Actual warranty periods vary between different makes and models. Please see the product pages for details.
When necessary, the item may need to be returned for assessment. Our Warranty Team will assess and/or repair the goods within a reasonable time frame. An indicative repair time will be provided. However, the time may vary due to part availability and other reasons beyond our control.
If the goods are damaged by misuse or accident, or if the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply, you may be required to pay for the repairs and/or freight charges. In these cases, we will provide a quote for the repairs.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as B.W. Machinery does not offer refunds where you have simply changed your mind, or made a wrong selection.
Faulty Item Cases
B.W. Machinery provides a return policy if the item is damaged in transit, we will either arrange a replacement for you or issue a refund, in accordance with the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law. The returned goods must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
If the product is not faulty, or the fault is caused by misuse or abnormal use, B.W. Machinery has no obligation to provide a refund, replacement or repair.
