This multi-purpose fondue has a ceramic insert that acts as a double boiler, so you can use one fondue for 3 different types of fondue - meat, cheese, and chocolate. Meat fondue - Simply remove the white ceramic bowl, put the splatter-guard in place and you're ready for a meat fondue! Cheese and Chocolate Fondue - For cheese and chocolate fondue add water in the fondue pot, put in the white ceramic bowl in place and you are ready to go!

RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item.
