Simply notify us  and we will organise a courier to pickup the item/s from your location. Please note that item/s must be unused and in its original condition and packaging to receive a refund less freight charges (dispatch and return freight) in accordance with our refund policy and there is restocking fee of 15%. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
