- A50 Replacement cable has two (2) modes: A & B. The amode switcha can be found at the back of the inline control module. Mode A is recommended for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC gaming. Mode B is recommended for making mobile calls or listening to music.
- The A50 Replacement cable will allow you to use your Astro A10 or A40, A50, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC Gaming. For gaming, we recommend mode A (see the switch at the back of the inline control module).
- When using mode A, you can mute or un-mute your headset microphone by sliding up or down the mute switch (front control). The wheel control is used to adjust your music or chat volume.
- Mode B (at the back of the inline control module) is ideal when your Astro A50, A40 or A10 is connected to your smartphone with 3.5mm jack. The button below the inline mute switch can be used to pickup or hangup a call. When using your Astro A10, A40 or A50 to listen to music, the call pickup/hangup button can be used to pause or un-pause your music. Mode B also enables the inline microphone.

Warranty Policy
1 year warranty will apply to all Battery Expert products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise. If the product show symptoms of operational failure, are defective or are broken (a.k.a. "DOA" or Dead on Arrival), buyers must contact us within 30 days with a full and detailed description of the issue.
Battery Expert reserves the rights to reject any claims made after 30 days for DOA cases. If the product is assessed to be DOA, buyers will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement product or parts. If buyers requested to send back defective items, a replacement will be sent to buyers after we receive the returned product back in our warehouse. In such cases, we will cover the return freight charges. Such returned products will become our property and the replacement will be the buyer's property.
Battery Expert is not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Buyers should read the instruction and advise given by manufacturers and suppliers before use.
All accessories and bonus gifts (such as carry bags, cables and batteries) are not covered by the warranty.
Returns Policy
We also accept return for refund if customers change mind. Customers have to return the item by their cost within 30 days of purchase. Refund will be processed after we receive the item (postage is not refundable).
