• KERATIN
• Hair is made up of 90% keratin, an extremely strong protein which is a major component in the hair, skin and nails. Keratins in the hair have large amounts of the sulfur-containing amino acid cysteine, it combines to form disulfide bridges that confer additional strength and rigidity by permanent, thermally-stable cross-linking. These strong bonds are flexible yet tough.
• ARGAN (Argania Spinosa)
• A rare oil native to Morocco, Argan is highly valued for its nutritive, beautifying and medicinal properties. In ancient times the Berbers of Morocco would collect the oil for use in cosmetics. Argan oil contains tocopherols (vitamin E), phenols, carotenes, squalene, and essential fatty acids.
