The Greenhouse With Base Frame Aluminium is designed to give your plants, fruits, vegetables, and herbs a safe and balanced exposure to the sun's rays throughout the day. An ideal merger of usability with a smart clean design. Each panel of the greenhouse is manufactured from crystal clear polycarbonate wall panels that are UV resistant and thermally insulated to guard your plants against the harsh Australian sun. Easy to assemble and maintain, the Polycarbonate Walk-In Greenhouse also boasts a strong aluminium frame for extra stability. The gutter system effectively allows water drainage and the roof vent ensures optimal ventilation on hot days. Roof panels are fixed with metal clips, ensuring its durability and long-term use.

Please note the foundation is not included, and the roof of our greenhouse cannot withstand heavy snowfall. The structure should not be installed in heavy / high wind areas. Sustained winds of 55kmh + may cause damage.

Order Cancellations or Amendments

Please note that our order processing system is fully automated. As such once placed orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

Change of mind returns - If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order you may do so by advising us in writing within 14 days of delivery with some exceptions (see below). We will ask you to provide a photo to show that your item is in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Once confirmed we will work with you have a carrier collect the goods for return. 

A change of mind may include, but is not limited to, purchases where:

• You chose the wrong colour/size/product

• You believe the item to be unsuitable for your needs

• You do not like the product

• Your personal opinion of the quality

• Delivery was beyond the estimated date / arrived late

If you do not have the original packaging or your item has been opened and/or used we will not be able to accept your return. We do not refund outbound shipping costs and return shipping is at your own expense.

Exceptions: The following cannot be returned due to change of mind: Any Furniture that has been assembled or partly assembled and then disassembled, Health and Beauty products (EG Baby wipes, diapers, nappies, creams, etc). Products that are sold in a vacuum or blister pack (even if unopened), any item that is no longer in the original packaging or has been used and re-packed. If you are unable to provide a photo showing your item is brand new and unused we will not be able to accept your return. 

Any returns that are found to have been used or are not complete or in the original packaging will not be eligible for refund.

Once we receive your return and verify it's condition we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and a 20% re-stocking fee applies 

(Please note that return shipping must be via our designated carrier and we do not allow returns to be 'dropped off' at warehouse locations)

Transit Damage In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact us in a timely manner and provide some images to show the nature of the damage to the product and the box if applicable. Where possible we will replace any damaged parts, if this is not possible we will arrange for the return and replacement of the product. 

Warranty Our products are covered by a statutory repair or replace warranty for domestic use. Some products come with a warranty card from the manufacturer and require that you register the product on their website to activate the warranty, we recommend that you do this wherever it applies. If your product develops a fault and you wish to make a warranty claim you may contact us.

Please provide a detailed explanation and images to show the issue and our team will provide advice on the claim process. Please note that products damaged by weather, misuse or that have been used in a commercial setting will not be covered under warranty.
