All orders placed prior to 5pm daily, are expected to be processed next business day. In some instances, some products may not be on hand, as such, will extend out the dispatch date, typically these products once sourced are shipped between 2-3 business days.
Returns Policy I Manchester Collection
At Manchester Collection we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. All purchases from Manchester Collection (online store) come with a 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you don’t love your product or simply change your mind, we will happily provide a full refund. Return freight will be at the buyer’s expense and delivery charges will not be refunded. Online purchases can also be returned instore. However please note, sale items purchased instore can only be exchanged or credit note given when returning due to ' Change of Mind'.

Return's Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in original condition; not used, washed or laundered, all original labels must be attached to the item, the original packaging is sent back with the goods
The 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee will commence the day that the customer takes delivery of the product.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note, in the event Australia post perform a "Return to Sender" return due to an incomplete or incorrect address, Parcel refused collection etc these returns will be refunded minus a return to sender fee of $13.
Colour - Return Policy
We photograph most of our products in house and work very hard to make sure that images are colour correct. Unfortunately colours and intensity of colours can vary greatly from screen to screen and we cannot be held responsible for these variances. If the exact shade of a colour is important, please get in touch and we will do our best to work through this with you, otherwise, if you are not happy with colour, this would be consistent with the Change of Mind Policy.
