MooGoo Oil Cleansing Method 100ml

The Oil Cleansing Method is a way of cleansing the skin using oils and massage. Oil to cleanse the skin? It sounds counter-intuitive but oils can dissolve hardened oil that can get stuck in your pores, and also help remove other impurities such as built up dirt, sweat and makeup. The massage part helps the oil get deeper in your pores to do its work, and who doesn't love a good massage?

This can be particularly helpful to those suffering from blemishes, or for removing heavy makeup and/or sunscreen. We made this using a mixture of drawing and moisturising oils. The drawing oils help pull out and dissolve old oils, and the moisturising oils, such as Jojoba Oil, are high in antioxidants and help keep skin hydrated and soft. This means you can cleanse and moisturise your skin at the same time! How's that for multi-tasking?

Directions

Give the bottle a quick shake, pump the oil into dry hands and massage into dry skin. Once face is covered, wet hands and further massage the face, giving an emulsifying effect, then rinse. For a deeper cleanse, apply a warm wash cloth over the face for a few minutes to open up the pores and allow the oils to penetrate further. Wash off with water

Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Polysorbate 60 (Food Grade Emulsifier), Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Geranium Maculatum Oil.

Holiday Season Despatch Information.

Please order by the 15th of Dec. for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.. Our warehouse is closed on 25th, 26th & 1st. Please allow additional days for delivery for orders placed during this period.

Refund Policy 

All return claims must be lodged within 14 days of the order being received.

In the event of a return by you, we will exchange or refund. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to Healthyworld and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery fees.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Healthyworld Online Pty Ltd

  Accepting change of mind returns

We allow a customer to return goods for change of mind where the goods are:

 Returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received;

 As new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

In a resalable condition;

Not damaged in any way.

The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.

The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.

Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost. 

We do not issue refunds for fragrances that may smell different to something previously purchased or worn.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
