• PACKAGE: Comes with 2 packages. Each package contains 3 x sand papers and 9 x round patches: Diameter: 25mm = 1". Total 6 x sand papers & 18 patches. Our new upgraded Glueless Patches are wrapped in plastic and vacuum sealed, so don't worry about the patches are not sticky enough. Please use the patches within 1 year after opening.

• Items must be sent back in a postage box or bag - Do not attach address labels directly to the product box.
• If the item is not returned in its original sale condition CyclingDeal can refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee.
• Please return items within 30 days of purchase.
• CyclingDeal will process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.
• CyclingDeal does not process exchanges. Our returns team will refund your order on arrival. If you would like a different size or replacement product please place a new order.

Warranties will usually be processed by our customer service team within two (2) working days. The time to complete a warranty claim will vary depending on the relevant supplier.

REFUNDS

• Refunds will usually be processed within two (2) working days of approval.
• Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.
• Refunds of items purchased will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
• Please allow up to five (5) days after CyclingDeal has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
