Our Outdoor Roller Blind effectively blocks the sun while maintaining your view, thanks to its fabric with 5% openness. KIT INCLUDES: - Aluminium Black powder-coated hood to protect the fabric from birds, dust, and weather - Two stainless steel eye pad anchors with carabiner systems - Black powder-coated frame with sunscreen fabric that has 5% openness, blocking 80% of sun heat and 95% UV radiation - Manual hand crank - Set of bolts and screws - Instruction manual OPERATION: Our awnings are pre-assembled, requiring only securement to a structurally sound wall. The kit includes all necessary parts and instructions for installation. You do not have to wind down the awning completely; the gearbox system allows the awning to be set at any desired height. The bottom bar can be hooked using a stainless-steel buckle, and the fabric can be lightly tensioned using the gearbox. Please note: - Heavy-duty sunscreen fabric is easy to maintain and does not fade. - The computer screen's colour may differ from the live colours due to different screen settings.

Most products come with a 30-day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

The fabric has 5% openness and 95% shade. It stops wind by 98%, sun heat by 80%, and rain by 90-95%. When the blind is rolled down, it will stop most of the rain while letting fine mist through.
During the daytime, it provides privacy from outside while allowing you to see out. At night, when the lights are on inside, it reverses.
