The mix which creates a high-quality sheet

Fibre:

• Longer fibre is ideal, because when you spin the yarn, it gives it strength, which means less pilling.

• Cheap sheets, use poor quality fibre which translates into poor yarn and no strength/quality

Weave: A quality weave,

• Depends on the type of sheet, most people generally prefer the sateen weave. All it means that the technique used offers customers are more sateen look which gives it that more luxurious look.

Finish is everything:

• Cheaper sheets are associated with uneven, or poor quality stitching. I can guarantee you there is a huge difference on where the sheets are manufactured and by which manufacturer. We only source sheeting from respected world leading manufactures in China, which are currently make sheets for the worlds biggest sheeting brands.

Numbers are not what they mean:

• Even if a sheet has a high thread count, that can be inflated by manipulating the sheet making process with a low-quality construction or thread. Always buy from reputable retailers, the old saying goes, if its too good to be true it always is

Note: 400TC fitted sheet, Pillowcase(s) are not included but can be purchased seperately.

All orders placed prior to 5pm daily, are expected to be processed next business day. In some instances, some products may not be on hand, as such, will extend out the dispatch date, typically these products once sourced are shipped between 2-3 business days.

At Manchester Collection we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. All purchases from Manchester Collection (online store) come with a 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you don’t love your product or simply change your mind, we will happily provide a full refund. Return freight will be at the buyer’s expense and delivery charges will not be refunded. Online purchases can also be returned instore. However please note, sale items purchased instore can only be exchanged or credit note given when returning due to ' Change of Mind'.

Please note, due to health and safety regulations Quilts, Pillows, Underlays and Mattress protectors are excluded. Does not apply to faulty items

Please Note, Whilst we endeavour to ship all orders correctly, sometimes errors are made with regards to orders. Please double check the products relative to invoice to ensure all items are correct, prior to opening and or washing.

Return's Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in original condition; not used, washed or laundered, all original labels must be attached to the item, the original packaging is sent back with the goods

• The 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee will commence the day that the customer takes delivery of the product.

• Delivery charges will not be refunded.

• Please note, in the event Australia post perform a "Return to Sender" return due to an incomplete or incorrect address, Parcel refused collection etc these returns will be refunded minus a return to sender fee of $13.

Colour - Return Policy

We photograph most of our products in house and work very hard to make sure that images are colour correct. Unfortunately colours and intensity of colours can vary greatly from screen to screen and we cannot be held responsible for these variances. If the exact shade of a colour is important, please get in touch and we will do our best to work through this with you, otherwise, if you are not happy with colour, this would be consistent with the Change of Mind Policy.
