Faulty Item Returns
We accept returns for faulty products within the product's warranty period. We reserve the right not to offer a refund where the faulty product is a result of customer misuse, abuse or handling.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in a brand new, unused and unopened condition in full original packaging. We charge a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns.
