The snow is not a white paint, like we've all seen before - the flocking is sprayed onto the tree to give a much more realistic 3D snow capped effect (please be aware that the flocking does drop off the tree a little, initially)

Note: We must give "Authority to Leave" on all deliveries to residential addresses. At the time of delivery, the courier will leave the package(s) in a safe spot if no one is home. All warranty claims after 7 days of receiving the item are on a 'back to base' basis, the item will need to be returned to the store. We have not calculated any return freight costs in our selling prices. As such, all freight costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
