Ailsa 6 Lights Pendant Light

Providing soft, filtered light from any part of a room, the Ailsa lighting series features a sealed natural linen cylinder design spread across four lighting fixture styles. 

The matching Ailsa floor and table lamps feature a neutral, slimline metal base that allows the feature linen cylinder to be the unobstructed feature. In addition, the larger floor lamp features a two globe configuration, splaying the light out from the centre of the cylinder.

There are two types of Ailsa pendant. The Alisa single pendant features a two globe configuration suspended from a subtle single steel cable like the floor lamp. Utilising the same single cable system, the Ailsa six-light, triple cylinder provides a string but subtle feature light for the matching set.

The products have to be returned in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included which they were received by you. We cannot accept order cancellations or returns on items that have been installed or used. Returns can only be accepted on products that are returned in exactly the same condition and packaging that they were sent out to you so that we can re-sell those items. 

If the item is damaged in transit during the return delivery, we are not under any obligation to provide a refund. Therefore, please ensure that you take out the appropriate level of insurance when sending the items back to us.

We do not provide a refund for outbound and inbound delivery charges. All returns must be issued with a return authority number before the customer returns the goods to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product is damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of arrival. We will not cover any damaged products after this duration. Provided our terms and conditions are satisfied, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase without any additional costs.
