The bag holder's primary role is to keep the vacuum bag securely in place within the vacuum cleaner.

The bag holder also prevents the bag from moving around or collapsing under suction force, ensuring consistent and efficient airflow.

It also makes it easier to replace the vacuum bag, however sometimes it is accidentally thrown away with it.

Do not use your Hoover Allergy vacuum cleaner without a bag holder. This is because it also has a very important role in the vacuuming filtration system: The bag holder ensures that the bag is properly sealed, preventing dust and allergens from escaping back into the air during vacuuming.

Please note that the Hoover Allergy vacuum cleaner has been discontinued and re-branded as the Sauber Allergy. There is no difference between the 2 vacuum cleaners other than their names and colors.

Sometimes delays can happen that are out of our control, such as delays by the couriers, lost packages, closures of postal services, and so on. 

WARRANTY RETURNS 

If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

It is important to note that if a product fails to meet your expectations, it does not necessarily mean it is defective. Expectations of product performance may vary from person to person. You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.

You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.  

We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
