The roller brush for your Dyson slim stick vac is one of the most essential parts for enabling good pick-up power.

If you primarily use your Dyson stick on hard floors, you will need your roller brush replaced yearly.

If used predominantly on carpets, the brushes may be usable for about two years. This is because they wear faster when the brushes spin on a harder surface.

So if your Dyson Slim, DC61 or DC62 is not picking up the dust of the floor or pet hair of the carpet, your solution will likely be a new roller brush bar.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.  

We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
