This Hygieia replacement roller brush is a compatible alternative to Dyson part number 963549-01 and is designed to fit compatible Dyson turbine floor heads used on selected Dyson vacuum cleaners.
The brush features a four-row bristle arrangement using a combination of nylon and carbon fibre filaments. The nylon bristles help loosen dirt and debris trapped within carpet fibres, while the carbon fibre bristles assist with collecting fine dust from hard floor surfaces.
Replacement may be required if the existing roller brush is worn, damaged, missing bristles, or no longer rotating correctly.
Worn or damaged bristles can reduce the effectiveness of the turbine head, resulting in poorer dirt and hair pickup from carpets and hard floors.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.
You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.
Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.
In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
