A vacuum driving belt is a crucial component in vacuum cleaners that helps drive the brush roll or agitator, which is responsible for loosening dirt and debris from carpets and floors. This belt connects the motor to the brush roll, transferring power from the motor to the brush roll to enable it to rotate. As the brush roll rotates, it agitates the carpet or floor surface, allowing the vacuum to effectively pick up dirt and debris. If the vacuum driving belt is worn or broken, the brush roll may not spin properly, resulting in reduced cleaning performance. Therefore, it's important to regularly inspect and replace the vacuum driving belt as needed to maintain optimal vacuuming performance.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.
In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
