WARRANTY RETURNS 

If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase.
