The roller brush is an essential component of the vacuum cleaner's cleaning mechanism. It has bristles or brushes that rotate when the vacuum is turned on, helping to loosen and lift dirt and debris from carpets and other surfaces.

The brush line arranged in four rows consists of two different materials. The nylon brush line loosens dust stuck to the carpet, while the carbon fiber brush line is suitable for cleaning hard floors.

A worn roller brush may not effectively agitate and lift dirt and debris from your floors, especially from carpets. This can result in poor cleaning performance, leaving dirt behind.

Delivery Time:

WARRANTY RETURNS 

If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.

You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.

In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.  

We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
