Attach your self levelling laser to almost anything you can think of. Use the wall-mount bracket, magnetic base, tripod, 360° base or nothing. Adjust it to within 3 degrees of level then let it self-level.

Adjust your cross line laser to get the perfect line. Tweak each setting. Want a line at a slant. Put your laser level on the tripod. Turn off the auto level. Now you make a laser line at any angle.

Drill the steel backplate into the wall then use the magnetic bracket to firmly attach your laser line level to your wall or roof. You can finely adjust the base to get that perfect line on your wall.
