The Zeez Elevated Tilted Cat Bowl is designed to help bring your cat's food or water up to a more ergonomically position. By elevating the bowl, it can take strain off your cat's neck and spine, making it comfortable while eating/drinking. Also, by elevating your cat's bowl it allows them to swallow with the aid of gravity to get their food down to their stomach which can help with digestive difficulties. Not only can an elevated bowl aid with digestion and take strain off the body, but its extra height can help prevent some dirt, fur, and dust particles from getting into your cat's food or water, making for a more hygienic feeding area.

This bowl can be removed from the base for easy cleaning (Hand Wash Only).

Parcels are delivered usually between 3-7 business days after ordering depending on location. Pet Station tries to ensure that all products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays.

Pet Station reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

• Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.
• Please contact us in the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase or service we have provided as we're more than happy to work with you to ensure a positive experience.
• All returns are subject to inspection by Pet Station and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
• No liability will be attached to Pet Station for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry.

Warranty:

If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
