Returns Procedure
In the event of returns due to change of mind, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact Craft City to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Afterwards, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.

- 5 glass markers in your new set - Fantasy colours:
- Cherry 125, Bordeaux 034, Rose pink 033, Raspberry 005 and Violet 251
- 1-2mm tip
- Water based and so fun to use!
- Decorate mugs, plates, windows - its up to you!
- Please shake marker for around 60 seconds to release pressure and activate ink flow.
- Then push down on tip once ink is flowing you may start to create! Let nobody hold you back :)
- Even better get the kids down and unleash your creativity together - less screen time and more family time! :)
- Easy fixing - leave to dry for 4 hours then fire in oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees (do not preheat)
- Please note: dishwasher safe up to 50 degrees
