Scale is placed on a hard, flat surface (tile, wood, etc.). If it is placed on something soft (such as carpet), it will not weigh accurately. 3. Keep your gravity in the center of the scale and your body stable while taking measurements. 4. Try weighing first thing in the morning (after using the restroom) and with minimal clothing to prevent deviation or skewed readings.

Warranty Policy
For our branded products, we have different warranty period between 18-24 months for differnt brand. If there is any issue with the product, we will assist the customer first for trouble shooting. We may ask customer to send us a video or ask them to return the item back to us for testing. If the product is faulty and under warranty condition, we will process the replacement unit for the customer.
Returns Policy
We accept the return item in original package and resellable condition, 20% restocking fee may be applied. If there is any damage on product package/product, or the item has been used and not in resellable condition, we may refuse to accept return. We offer 30 days for Change of Mind return.
