The unit is easy to install, simply connect the EHS35 to the RJ9 (4P4C) headset. Its plug-and-play effectively allows you remotely control your Yealink T3X phone calls, including answering, rejecting, holding, muting, hanging up, switching between multiple calls, and adjusting the volume. When using the EHS35 with Yealink/Avaya/Poly/Snom/ Grandstream/Fanvil desktop phone, it can provide audio but without remote control feature. It is specially designed to ensure maximum productivity in business applications such as receptions and call centers and is ideal for the Corporate, Financial, Health, Government, Educational, Industrial, and SME/SoHo market sectors.

DOA Returns:
In the event that your item has arrived faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will organise a replacement or refund after the faulty item has been returned in its original conditions with full packaging. The processing time for DOA is generally 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the returns, since we will send the faulty item to the manufacturer for testing.
Warranty Returns:
Standard manufacturer's warranty will apply after DOA period, and within the specified warranty term (commonly 12 months). No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables. Physical damage is not covered by DOA or Warranty.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about a purchase, it is at our discretion to accept a return for refund. We will generally accept a return provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, the product is in their original condition, and the product is not a consumable or software. Change of mind returns will only be eligible for a refund on the product’s sale price, and in some cases, a partial refund on the product’s sale price.
Items need to be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original un-opened and sealed packaging at buyer's cost. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged when the returned item has been opened or seal broken, since the item is no longer considered as brand new. If the item has been used, the restocking fee may be up to 50%. The shipping cost and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
