The BFAB20B's 45-degree seat angle positions you to isolate the abdominal muscles for a more efficient workout, and two additional 5-degree reclining positions support an entire range of core exercises. Its dual functionality targets the lower abs with knee raises and the upper abs with crunches - a total ab workout from a comfortable seated position.
The ab-crunch motion uses upholstered upper-back support, textured grip handles and a standard weight post with spring lock (plus a lock-out option to help support knee raises). The knee-raise motion adds adjustable-length, 2-position foot rests and its own weight post. Unlike ab machines that require the agility of an acrobat, the BFAB20B keeps you comfortable and seated, and it arrives fully assembled.

RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
