Warranty:
The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.

30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

• if the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
• If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer,customer may choose refund or a replacement.
• If there is no problem of the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), customer need to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.

Reminders:

The maximum water volume of the water tank is 180ml, and the water injection volume shall not exceed the maximum water level indication line, otherwise the atomization effect will be affected or water leakage will cause damage to the machine.

Please use the attached Type-C 2A power cord. If you use a substitute power cord, you must note that the current specification is 2A, otherwise the atomization effect will be affected.

Please fill the atomizer with purified water to avoid damage to the function of the atomizer due to impurities in the water, so as to achieve the best maintenance effect. Water soluble essential oils must be used.

During operation, the sound inside the water tank is the sound of atomization, which is a normal phenomenon.

The effect is better in the dark, please do not put it on the air vent

With dry burning prevention, it will automatically stop working when water level is too low.
