Once upon a time, Anna took a break from her studies to visit her pet hen, Lily, with her ginger cat pal, Faye. They wandered around the farm and saw a secret path leading to a beautiful green forest. That was the beginning of Anna's fairy forest adventure with Lily and Faye.
Featuring Anna in her green jumper with Lily sitting on her curly hair and Faye in her arms, the green white and brown colours brings vibrancy to the dish, adding an autumn forest aesthetic and grace to your meals. Each piece is handpainted and every piece is handmade, making each piece truly special and unique.

Since each piece is handpainted and handmade, the glaze may appear different to what was advertised. Slight colour variations, glaze idiosyncrasies, and minor glaze blisters are normal, making each product truly one of a kind There could be some differences in the colour and weight of the products.

CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 7 day change of mind policy, please contact us for return approval. You have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number Once received and inspected, you will be refunded the transaction amount minus the original postage cost (we will advise once we inspect the product) minus $2 handling fee.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM
We do our best to package products with minimal chance of sustaining an injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don't always win. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped in an unfortunate event, please take photos or video illustrating the damage/problem and contact us as soon as possible of any damage on delivery concerns, each case will be assessed on an individual basis. We will work with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. We will send out a replacement ASAP or offer a partial refund.

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and our customer care team will look after you.

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use following manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
