Used to create multiple eye looks, the water resistant formulation is easy to use and long wearing. The twist up mechanism ensures sharp, precision application everytime. Non-irritating and safe for sensitive eyes. Directions: Start from inner corner of the eye, draw a thin line, getting thicker as you work towards the outer corner. Removal: Remove using makeup remover or wipes.
