We deliver by Australia Post or our Courier service, depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Delivery time is generally 3-7 business days and may take 2-3 extra days for rural areas. We will try our best to resolve the situation and arrange for you to get your shipment as quickly as possible.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Damaged/Faulty on arrival
Once you receive the damaged or faulty item, please take a photo or video and send it to us as soon as possible. After we check the photo or video, if the product is faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you, replacement or full refund.
