This Furoshiki is suitable for any cerebrations as well as daily use as a small bag. The fabric is made of cotton which has a reasonably firm texture and is easy to use. Note: Small black spots can be seen on the fabric of this series, but they are left behind because the cotton has not been bleached to preserve its natural colour. Please enjoy them as the charm of natural materials.

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 7 day change of mind policy, please contact us for return approval. You have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number Once received and inspected, you will be refunded the transaction amount minus the original postage cost (we will advise once we inspect the product) minus $2 handling fee.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM 

We do our best to package products with minimal chance of sustaining an injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don't always win. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped in an unfortunate event, please take photos or video illustrating the damage/problem and contact us as soon as possible of any damage on delivery concerns, each case will be assessed on an individual basis. We will work with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. We will send out a replacement ASAP or offer a partial refund.
