Native American cultures use smudge sticks in spiritual ceremonies and to remove negative energies and spirits. To use a smudge stick hold the tip over a burning candle for around 30 seconds then blow out any flame and fan the stick with a feather or smudge wave.

The Eco-friendly Bamboo Cup features the 7 chakra symbols and meditating silhouette on a rainbow gradient background. It has a matching black anti-spill lid and protective silicone band with hand-lettered phrase 'My Chakras are Aligned'.

Wild Scents smudge bowls are perfect to safely burn, extinguish and display your sage, with a specially designed internal holder for burning sage.
