• Protect parts against rust and keep moisture out by creating a lubricating film on parts' surface.
• Step for protecting and lubricating parts: Spray directly on parts from a distance of 10 - 15cm.
• Step for trying to free frozen screws: Spray on screws, wait 30sec, and tap the screw in a counterclockwise direction. Spray again, wait 30 - 60sec, and turn to remove the screw.
• NOTE: To prevent hazards, do not use on disc brake, brake shoes, or any place in contact with wheel rims.

• If the item is not returned in its original sale condition CyclingDeal can refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee.
• Please return items within 30 days of purchase.
• CyclingDeal will process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.
• CyclingDeal does not process exchanges. Our returns team will refund your order on arrival. If you would like a different size or replacement product please place a new order.

Warranties will usually be processed by our customer service team within two (2) working days. The time to complete a warranty claim will vary depending on the relevant supplier.

REFUNDS

• Refunds will usually be processed within two (2) working days of approval.
• Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.
• Refunds of items purchased will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
• Please allow up to five (5) days after CyclingDeal has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
