Due to the nature of the order content, particularly with multi-carton shipments, couriers may not deliver all items at once. Packages may be separated during transit and transported on different trucks.

To minimize any further delay, our courier will deliver the available parcels first. Typically, the remaining parcels are expected to arrive within 2 to 10 business days, considering the current logistics situation.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

• Postage is paid by the customer
• The product must be returned at brand new condition and in the original packaging, accessories included to get a full refund.
• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month parts warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. We replace all the faulty parts supported by your image approval of this faulty.
