Keep Your Case On
We've made a key advancement in our third generation FLIR ONE designs with the new OneFit adjustable height connector. The OneFit connector allows you to adjust the length of the FLIR ONE's connector to attach over most phone cases without having to remove them. This is a great feature for those that have thicker, shock-proof cases. We've also developed a USB-C feature for the FLIR ONE Pro, which allows Android users to flip the camera in the direction they want. |

We use multiple couriers to get the best possible delivery times. Most parcels will be sent with AU post however depending on the location we may also use Sendle.
Most items will arrive in 3-10 working days AU wide. In the rare instance that a delivery takes longer than this, please contact us to work out a solution.
We accept delivery to PO Boxes and parcel collect addresses.

All retailers are required to accept faulty returns by law, but we are happy to provide Refunds for all "change of mind" returns as well, less our restocking fee and you will have 30 days to decide! Simply return your item for any reason, in brand new and unused/sealed condition - exactly as received with the retail box and all tags in tact and we will promptly issue a full refund of the purchase price less the advertised restocking fee*.
If however there is any fault with the item, it will be inspected upon receipt and a full refund will be issued including the return postage. You can be sure that if the item is faulty you are fully covered and will not be out of pocket for any postage costs.
