- RETURNS:
- All returns must be approved by Always Direct before the item is sent back. Where appropriate, you will be issued with a return form. The return offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If goods are delivered faulty or not of acceptable quality (DOA), please contact us strictly within 14 days of receiving the item for Always Direct to approve a return. After the return has been received an inspected, Always Direct will, at their discretion, provide either a refund, replacement or repair dependent on the situation.
- If an item, upon its return is found not to be faulty after thorough inspection, a $50 service fee may be charged, as well as return shipping costs.
- WARRANTY:
- After the DOA period has expired, a further warranty period may apply.
- Most Always Direct products come with a 3 month warranty unless specified otherwise on the individual product description.
- If a fault should arise within the warranty period, a replacement will be issued. If the item is no longer available then a full refund will be given.
