A: The mat is engineered with 10 oversized white keys so little feet always hit the right note-less frustration, more fun.
Q: Can you disable the demo songs?
A: Yes. In “Play” mode only the keys and instrument voices are active.

A: Volume is adjustable in two steps from a quiet practice level to dance-party loud.

When you are eligible for a complete refund
- If the product is faulty or damaged or the wrong product delivered
- If a customer does not like the product for whatsoever reason - change of mind
- A partial refund means you will get an amount equal to the product (- Shipping cost)
- The customer has to return the item to our warehouse located in Melbourne, do not send or return the item unless approved by customer support
