Cyclus Tools Head Tube Reamer IS 42/6.9/45° Spare Cutting Head
With the head tube reamer you can prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 42 mm and a milling depth of 6.9 mm for the installation of an integrated headset. The angle of the bearing shell seats is 45°. The milling cutter allows you to create planar and coaxial shell seats in the head tube.
The individual milling cutters were named according to the new naming system S.H.I.S.: (Standardized Headset Identification System). consists of the type of headset and the associated inside diameter of the head tube e.g. EC 34:
EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack) and IS (Integrated Standard).
