Overview
3 Legged Thing Jay Kit is a travel tripod system with AirHed Cine Video Head with Standard Plate. Jay is a carbon fibre tripod system with an adjustable levelling base and detachable legs, very compact and has a folded length of just 40.5cm, making it perfect to take with you anywhere. Equally useful for video makers or landscape photographers, Jay is the first levelling-base tripod designed specifically for travel.
The AirHed Cine is 3 Legged Thing's first dedicated video head. Precision milled from aerospace-grade magnesium alloy, and featuring a distinctive spiderweb design, the AirHed Cine has an adjustable, tilt mechanism that offers smooth movement and can be controlled directly, or with the included panning arm. The head features a friction control for the tilt mechanism, knurled clamp knob for improved grip and leverage, and a 360 panning base which can be locked off as required.

On Level Ground
With a contoured, easy-to-adjust levelling base, and built-in bubble level, Jay helps video and image-makers get a level set-up on even the most challenging terrain.
Smooth Operator
Jay's contoured levelling base features a dual-purpose D-ring which acts as the easy-to-adjust friction control for the leveller, as well as an attachment point for accessories or ballast.
Fluid Motion
The AirHed Cine has a fluid-motion, spring-balanced tilt action, and ultra-smooth panning, for precision cinematography and tracking.
Detachable Arm
The panning arm can be removed, or moved between left and right hand, giving maximum versatility for all users.
Orders are usually sent out within two business days, and you can expect to receive them within 5-10 business days.
At RYDA, we understand that your order is delivered promptly and with the utmost care; we use Star Track Express and Australia Post with a signature. If no one is home, your delivery will normally be redirected to the Local Australia Post Office for collection over the counter with a Photo ID. Please note that bulky deliveries over 5kg and in a few areas where it is not possible to redirect to the post office, the parcel may be held at the local courier depot instead. Where possible, our warehouse will try and use recycled cartons for our deliveries, just as safe and sturdy as a new carton but more friendly to the environment.
All returned products must be in new condition without damage to any of the packaging and contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied by the manufacturer. If the item is returned in any condition other than new, a restocking fee may be applicable; see below.
OPENED and USED items are subject to approval depending on the condition of the unit and packaging. Any product returned to us that has been trialled, installed, used or demonstrated may be rejected. A minimum of 20% restocking fee applies to refunds and exchanges.
Any product returned with damage to the product, packaging, or removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected and returned at the customer's cost.
Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount, in addition to a restocking fee.
Return requests for commercial quantities must be approved case-by-case and may be subject to additional conditions.
Goods should be received at the warehouse within 2 weeks from the APPROVED return authorisation unless previously arranged.
