OVERVIEW
Expect outstanding image quality, edge-to-edge sharpness and high contrast at any aperture or focus distance (as close as 1.5 ft) with the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4G. Its ultra-fast f/1.4 maximum aperture not only creates smooth, natural background blur (bokeh), but also offers great low-light performance. Nikon's exclusive Silent Wave Motor (SWM) provides ultra-fast, ultra-quiet autofocus operation, and Super Integrated Coating (SIC) enhances light transmission for superior color.
FEATURES
With a maximum aperture of f/1.4 and Nikon's unique rounded 9-blade diaphragm, the AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4G renders a remarkably smooth, natural background blur (bokeh). This makes it an ideal lens for portraits-subjects can be isolated from their backgrounds for a dramatic composition.
The AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4G offers a classic, "normal" (50mm) angle of view when used on an FX-format DSLR or 35mm film camera. When used on a DX-format camera, however, it becomes an ideal portrait lens, approximating the moderate telephoto perspective of a 75mm lens on an FX-format DSLR or 35mm film camera. Close focusing to 1.5 ft extends versatility.

At RYDA, we understand that your order is delivered promptly and with the utmost care; we use Star Track Express and Australia Post with a signature. If no one is home, your delivery will normally be redirected to the Local Australia Post Office for collection over the counter with a Photo ID. Please note that bulky deliveries over 5kg and in a few areas where it is not possible to redirect to the post office, the parcel may be held at the local courier depot instead. Where possible, our warehouse will try and use recycled cartons for our deliveries, just as safe and sturdy as a new carton but more friendly to the environment.
All returned products must be in new condition without damage to any of the packaging and contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied by the manufacturer. If the item is returned in any condition other than new, a restocking fee may be applicable; see below.
OPENED and USED items are subject to approval depending on the condition of the unit and packaging. Any product returned to us that has been trialled, installed, used or demonstrated may be rejected. A minimum of 20% restocking fee applies to refunds and exchanges.
Any product returned with damage to the product, packaging, or removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected and returned at the customer's cost.
Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount, in addition to a restocking fee.
Return requests for commercial quantities must be approved case-by-case and may be subject to additional conditions.
Goods should be received at the warehouse within 2 weeks from the APPROVED return authorisation unless previously arranged.
