Golden retrievers are larger dogs with medium energy, known for their intelligence and loyalty. The breed standard allows only three colors, golden, light golden, or dark golden, so these retrievers are true to their name. They are members of the sporting breed group.

History

Golden retrievers are members of the sporting breed, meaning they were initially bred as hunters' helpers. In fact, many retrievers are still beloved hunting dogs today, but the breed is also a household favorite due to its devotion and energy. Bred in Scotland in the mid-1800s, in a time and place where hunting for food was a necessity for survival, golden retrievers were seen as highly trainable dogs useful in fowl hunting of all kinds. Those initial traits are true today. Golden Retrievers are overwhelming viewed as trainable, and they are still used for hunting as well as service animals and search-and-rescue dogs. More than most any other breed, they are devoted family members, excellent with children and with other pets.

Customer should cover the return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed in original packaging a full refund will be processed once item is returned. ( Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order)

Address Changes: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping address details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee. You will also be responsible for reshipping charge

Return process: If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order. We will investigate your issues and advise whether your product may be returned and how to return your goods.

Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair.

If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
Any refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order.
