Safari Ltd Right Whale

• Second only to the Blue Whale, the Right Whale is one of the largest animals on planet Earth and can grow up to 65 feet long, weighing in at over 90 tons. Their name actually comes from old whaler terminology when they were indicated as the "right" whale to hunt.

• Characteristics: Despite their massive size, right whales are fairly docile and many whale-watching expeditions venture out to meet them in the colder winter months. History

Right whales consist of 3 similar species, all of which inhabit distinct waters. The North Atlantic right whale lives in the north Atlantic Ocean, the North Pacific right whale lives in the eastern North Pacific ocean, and the southern right whale is spread throughout the very southern part of the southern hemisphere. The two northern species are classified as critically endangered with extremely low population numbers, while the southern right whale's population is thankfully increasing.

Change of Mind Returns: We may provide you with a product exchange or refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order.

Customer should cover the return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed in original packaging a full refund will be processed once item is returned. ( Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order)

Address Changes: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping address details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee. You will also be responsible for reshipping charge

Return process: If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order. We will investigate your issues and advise whether your product may be returned and how to return your goods.

Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair.

If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
Any refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order.
